About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Job Captain to join our vibrant construction team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including modular building designs and DSA (Department of State Architects) projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating project teams through all phases of design and construction, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience within the construction or architectural industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software is essential, along with experience in modular building design and DSA projects. A strong eye for detail, excellent drafting and design skills, and a solid understanding of construction codes and standards are required. Effective project management skills, coupled with the ability to lead and coordinate teams, are critical for success in this role. Strong communication skills are necessary to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. A degree in architecture, construction management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if accompanied by substantial relevant experience.
Responsibilities
