Create detailed test plans, test cases/scenarios; review quality specs and design docs
Estimate, prioritize, and execute testing activities; perform QA across web/mobile/API; troubleshoot defects
Collaborate with Product, Dev, and UI/UX; report/track defects; ensure conformance to standards and overall product quality

'- Work with Product Managers, Dev team, and UI/UX team in understanding the product, domain, and various features
Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases/scenario ensuring high-quality software delivery. Estimate and prioritize testing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of product quality. Conduct quality assurance and troubleshoot any errors Analyze complex software systems and collaborate with others to improve the overall design, testability, and quality Ensure all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards. Report, track, and monitor defects/bugs.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Good analytical thinking (analyze logs and API responses, analyze bugs) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprints and retrospective. Experience with Automation testing Proficiency in testing Web Apps, Mobile Apps (iOS & Android apps), and API Familiarity with testing tools such as QASEio, Postman Familiarity with automation tools such Playwright, K6 is a plus Understanding of database concepts and queries (MySQL) is a plus. Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus. Experience in development software process, preferably in Health sectors is a plus. Able to work from office (WFO Bandung & Jakarta).
