You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated test equipment (ATE) to ensure zero downtime and 100% test coverage. You will bridge the gap between Design Engineering and the Production Floor, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards before reaching the customer.

Diagnose root causes of test failures, distinguishing between actual product defects and 'false failures' caused by test fixtures or software bugs. Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY) data and implement continuous improvement projects to reduce cycle time and eliminate re-test loops. Manage the calibration, preventive maintenance, and hardware repair of test jigs, bed-of-nails fixtures, and sensors. Assist in the validation and 'bring-up' of new test stations during NPI (New Product Introduction) phases. Maintain clear records of station downtime, ECO (Engineering Change Order) implementations, and operator instructions.
