In Retirement Technology, we work with segment and business leaders to define their systems development needs, facilitate product management and deliver high-quality software and support. We also deliver systems, software development, user and technology support to clients across the Philippines and beyond. On our five to six-month internship, you’ll do more than just experience this work – you’ll help us deliver it.

Education
Expand your knowledge of testing and process documentation Analyze, create and maintain system application user guides and other technical documentation Contribute to successful application analysis, testing, and process documentation Work alongside our Business Analysts, Quality Assurers, and Developers on a range of key projects Attend team meetings to report on the status of testing and other internal processes Learn every day, through a full induction, on-the-job experiences and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

Requirements
In your penultimate or final year of university Studying for a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Quality focus related to software usage, inputs and output A passion to improve the product and for doing user support. Analytical and detail-focused, with strong client service orientation A strong written and verbal communicator A quick learner keen to solve challenging technical problems A natural team player with a sense of accountability
While not essential, experience in software development and testing (manual and automation) would also be advantageous.
Workstyles
We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least one day a week in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. Your time in the office will also include attending meetings and undertaking scheduled training.
