Must-have skills: Strong experience in manual and automated testing; proficiency with Jira/Confluence; Postman/SoapUI; Git/GitLab; Jenkins; Agile/Scrum; knowledge of TDD; ability to produce test plans, cases, and reports; English language mandatory.
Nice-to-haves: Experience coordinating UAT; experience with automated test development beyond basic scripts; exposure to continuous improvement of QA standards.
