Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for an Automation Test Engineer to join our team to help us deliver a large-scale systems integration programme.
As part of an integrated team the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of automated test activities as assigned by the Test Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for interfacing with a diverse team to support agile development efforts, and with Customer stakeholders to design, create and execute tests. The role will require the ability to effectively communicate with all members of the team, ranging from technical personnel to programme leadership.
The role includes executing tests across a variety of software products and network & infrastructure configurations and identifying and managing defects.
What will I be doing?
Generating Automated Test Cases by reviewing of requirements and design documentation, liaising with SMEs Supporting the development and enhancement of a new Test Automation Framework Documenting of test results and any defects/reporting progress, risks & issues Investigating issues and working with suppliers to identify root cause and resolution Analysing data and test evidence from suppliers to show compliance to requirements Identifying improvements in new and existing processes (including conducting code reviews)
