Job Title: Test Technician
Job Description
As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for accurately troubleshooting assembly or system-level failures to the component level using test failure reports, schematics, datasheets, and other tools. You will collaborate with Test Engineers and customers to gain further knowledge of functionality when information is not readily available. Additionally, you will provide break-fix support for test equipment and utilize appropriate tools for creating, analyzing, and verifying documentation, programs, models, processes, or production.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot assembly or system-level failures to the component level. Collaborate with Test Engineers and customers for additional functionality insights. Provide break-fix support for test equipment. Utilize tools for creating, analyzing, and verifying documentation, programs, models, and processes. Demonstrate a basic understanding of discipline-specific processes and product requirements.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, schematics, electronics, troubleshooting, multimeters, and network analyzers. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers. Ability to track bugs and defects and develop solutions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Software programming experience is a plus.
