Transact T24 QA Lead Private Banking & Wealth

GENERAL DESCRIPTION The candidate will be the Test Lead for Core banking projects and responsible for test strategy & planning, automation, NFR and end-to-end testing delivery ownership. The test lead should be responsible for end‑to‑end quality assurance of Temenos Transact (T24) across Exchange Traded Derivatives, FX & Precious Metals, Securities Delivery, Alternative Investments (Hedge Funds), and Corporate Actions and mange the team for successful delivery of each modules and phases. The role requires strong capital markets and wealth domain knowledge, hands‑on T24 functional testing expertise, and the ability to drive SIT, UAT, regression, and production readiness in complex, integrated banking environments. The test lead should closely work with Business Analysts, Developers, Integration teams, and Business users to ensure high‑quality delivery of futures, options, and other ETD products. kEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION Must Have Transact T24 - Modules Functional Knowledge as below Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) – DX FX & Precious Metals – FX, ND Securities Delivery & Custody – SC Alternative / Hedge Funds – SC Corporate Actions – CA, GC Functional To perform and lead the QA team in order to perform functional testing, regression, for large Temenos T24 projects in the Private banking domain. Test planning and execution including the test design, data management, environment planning, regression, defect management and test closure Review and analyse Business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope and test plan. Work collaboratively with various team to achieve goals. Status reporting and able to drive the defect management across multiple teams. Proactively raise issues, risks and recommend optimal solutions. Work with the BA and Dev teams to drive even the upstream software quality (Requirements, Development Solutions)

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION Professional and Technical Technical and Functional Minimum 15+ years of experience in testing lead role for T24 projects, preferably with Private Banking & Wealth Excellent knowledge of T24 modules for these domains Excellent knowledge of and exposure to testing of T24 integration, COB testing, Client output Excellent knowledge of SWIFT message testing, regulatory reports Expertise in financial accounting for all asset types Expertise in working on Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban / SAFE Understanding / Experience of DevOps concepts and Agile planning tools – JIRA, Confluence
