Role & seniority: Tech Lead / senior technical leader for pre-silicon validation of next-gen GPU platforms.
Stack/tools: GPU emulation platforms (Veloce, Zebu, Palladium); firmware, OS, drivers validation; HW/SW co-validation; Jira, Confluence, Git; Agile/Scrum.
Define technical strategy and integrated test plans for GPU emulation across firmware, OS, drivers, and HPC/ML workloads; prioritize test cases and allocate emulator resources.
Serve as primary technical liaison among GPU Platform Emulation, HW Design, FW/SW Development, and Verification; own root-cause analysis and triage.
Oversee technical execution: review metrics, manage risk, ensure pre-tapeout milestones, mentor teams, and optimize validation workflows and debug handoffs.
Senior technical leadership in semiconductor pre-silicon validation; emulation/simulation for GPUs/CPUs/accelerators.
Deep experience with emulation workflows (compilation, debug, resource constraints) and RTL-to-tapeout cycles.
HW/SW co-validation across firmware, drivers, and OS; strong debugging and test-plan architecture.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Git; ability to make data-driven decisions under ambiguity.
Prior experience leading GPU/ASIC pre-silicon validation programs; expertise in test automation, regression tracking, and debug handoffs.
Strong capability in technical conflict resolution and risk management.
