Job Summary

This is an exceptional opportunity to serve as a technical architect and strategic contributor within a high-performing marketing operations team. You will play a pivotal role in transforming and modernizing enterprise-level marketing automation infrastructure during a critical transition period. This position offers the unique challenge of leading a complex technical migration while simultaneously building the foundation for next-generation AI-enabled marketing capabilities. You will work at the intersection of marketing technology, data architecture, and operational excellence, ensuring seamless system performance while empowering cross-functional teams through clear documentation and strategic guidance. Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical transfer of marketing automation programs, assets, and logic from the legacy instance to a new environment

  • Actively monitor the cutover period between old and new instances to ensure complete campaign continuity and prevent lead leakage

  • Maintain, optimize, and scale the core marketing automation instance and foundational infrastructure

  • Create, maintain, and deliver clear, comprehensive documentation for marketing operations processes and platforms

  • Identify and implement AI-driven features that improve automation efficiency and operational workflows

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and marketing technology teams to ensure system integration and alignment with business objectives

  • Resolve issues related to marketing automation and lead management to ensure accurate campaign execution and tracking

  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains in marketing operations

  • Monitor data integrity and system performance throughout the migration transition

Skills

  • Deep expertise in enterprise-scale marketing automation platform management

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM system architecture and business impact

  • Proven ability to map data schemas and execute complex system migrations

  • Strong understanding of AI applications in marketing technology

Experience

  • 10+ years in Marketing Automation or Marketing Operations

  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-scale marketing automation instances

  • Proven track record executing complex system migrations

  • Experience managing marketing technology stacks within complex or global organizations

  • Background with lead scoring and routing models

  • Familiarity with Adobe marketing technologies including Journey Optimizer B2B and Real-Time CDP

Qualifications

  • Marketo certification preferred

  • Project management experience or certification preferred
