About the Role Weβre seeking an experienced QA Lead to join an enterprise-scale data transformation initiative (Global Data Platform). This role involves leading test strategy and automation implementation across multiple teams, ensuring quality delivery in an Agile SAFE environment. The QA Lead will collaborate closely with development, API, and data teams to establish automated testing frameworks and maintain high software quality standards. Responsibilities Define and implement a test strategy, plans, and acceptance criteria for feature and regression testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, API, web) to align on test coverage and quality standards. Develop automated test frameworks using .NET C# and Python (API, Selenium, Playwright). Execute and integrate testing within OpenShift pipelines (Continuous Testing). Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution. Generate detailed test reports with results, insights, and recommendations. Support and guide developers through peer testing and QA reviews. Continuously refine testing strategies to meet evolving project requirements. Required Technical Skills 5+ yearsβ experience in testing APIs and web-based solutions. Strong automation development in .NET C# and Python. Expertise in Gherkin test design and test pipeline implementation within OpenShift. Familiarity with YAML configuration and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of Data Quality, Databricks, and Unity Catalogue (nice-to-have). Soft Skills Fluent in English (French is a plus). Excellent communication and stakeholder reporting skills.
