Lead automation day-to-day efforts and contribute hands-on to build automation solutions
Architect testing solutions, resolve complex technical problems, and guide the team

10+ years designing/building/maintaining multi-platform test automation
Strong automation for desktop apps, APIs, packaged/custom apps

7+ years collaboration with stakeholders, management, vendors
Proficiency in programming/scripting (Python, Bash, .NET, Java, etc.)

This person’s time will be split between leading the automation day to day efforts and contributing hands on to build out the automation solutions. He/she will be the strongest technical member we have on the automation team and so they need to be able to solve challenging technical problems, design the overall solutions, and provide guidance to the other team members.
