Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior System Test Engineer to design and execute testing for industrial automation systems. The role involves PLC programming validation, motion control testing, and ensuring reliable performance of automation solutions before release.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute system-level tests for automation systems. Test motion control and robotics function blocks in PLC programs. Analyze requirements, design PLC programs, and execute tests. Configure and commission servo drives, VFDs, and inverters. Work on robotic and multi-axis motion control programming. Participate in FAT and SAT for automation projects. Configure PLC I/Os and Fieldbus communication systems.
Must-Have Requirements
6–10 years of experience in PLC programming or automation testing. Strong experience in PLC programming (Ladder / Structured Text / Function Blocks). Hands-on experience with servo drives, VFDs, and motion control systems. Experience with robotics and multi-axis automation programming.
