Full Description

SPD Technology is looking for a detail-oriented WP Site Test Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing WordPress websites to ensure functionality, performance, security, and user experience meet company standards and client expectations. You will work closely with the development and design teams to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of WordPress platforms, testing methodologies, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality assurance and has a keen eye for detail to help us deliver top-notch websites.

Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive testing of WordPress websites including functionality, usability, performance, and security tests. Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution. Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure fixes are implemented effectively. Verify website responsiveness across different devices and browsers. Perform regression testing after updates or changes to sites. Ensure compliance with website accessibility standards and best practices. Prepare detailed test reports and provide recommendations for improvements. Proven experience in testing WordPress websites or similar platforms. Familiarity with WordPress architecture, plugins, and themes. Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with testing tools and bug tracking systems. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
