Test Engineer (Quality Assurance & Performance Validation) 📍 Cincinnati, OH (Onsite – 5 days/week) | Open to Remote for Exceptional Candidates

We’re in the final phase of hiring and looking to add 2 Test Engineers to support a high-impact banking migration initiative. This role is critical in ensuring system reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance across high-volume financial transaction environments.

About the Role As a Test Engineer, you will lead end-to-end testing efforts to validate system performance, accuracy, and resilience under real-world and peak conditions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring production readiness by identifying defects early, enforcing quality standards, and supporting a seamless system transition.

Key Responsibilities Execute full-cycle testing including SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, and Disaster Recovery (DR) Develop and maintain automated test scripts using C# Perform high-volume testing (up to 200% of daily transaction loads) Validate system performance, throughput, and latency under stress conditions Manage defect lifecycle including classification, severity tracking, and resolution Enforce exit criteria and quality gates for production readiness Query and validate data to support data-centric testing scenarios
