Under the support of the Electrical Engineering department, you will support the production of the new submarine model, specifically the laser weapon system. Join our team as a Test Engineer II working on power controls and power conversion systems and subsystems for use by the US Navy.
- What You Will Do
- Design and develop test programs to evaluate product functionality, integrity, and reliability.
- Write and execute test procedures and protocols to ensure products meet performance standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot test hardware and software.
- Use computer-aided engineering and analysis tools for design tasks.
- Review customer specifications and develop cost-effective designs to meet requirements.
- Specify and assess supplier components, subsystems, and services.
- Provide input on budgets, costs, and schedules for design assignments.
- Develop prototypes to mitigate development risks.
- Regularly report progress and status.
