Role & seniority: (Senior) QA Software Engineer

Design, review, and execute test plans and test cases across the software lifecycle
Develop/maintain automated test suites and integrate them into CI/CD; monitor automated regression runs
Participate in refinement/planning; provide QA/end-user perspective; collaborate on testing strategies; drive continuous QA improvements
Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
4+ years of manual and automated testing or software development experience
Proven ability to design/implement automated test plans
Experience with testing tools/frameworks (e.g., Ranorex, Cypress, TestRail) and Linux environments
Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
Onsite onboarding at HQ; hybrid/flexible work model with up to ~60% home office

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a (Senior) QA Software Engineer (all genders) to contribute to both manual and automated testing activities across our software development lifecycle. This role offers a great opportunity to shape quality assurance practices in an agile and innovative environment.
Design, review, and execute test plans and test cases throughout the development lifecycle Ensure test coverage aligns with functional requirements and user scenarios Develop and maintain automated test suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines Actively participate in refinement and planning sessions, providing feedback from a QA and end-user perspective Collaborate with QA engineers across teams to align on testing strategies and tools Promote continuous improvement in QA processes and practices Monitor and maintain automated regression test runs and report issues proactively
Requirements
Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field 4+ years of experience in manual and automated testing or software development Proven experience in designing and implementing automated test plans Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Ranorex, Cypress, TestRail, or similar Experience working with Linux environments is a plus Fluent in English; additional languages such as German or Portuguese are a plus
