Job Description NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing Federal IT delivery team. This position is ideal for a versatile professional who can work directly with clients to capture business requirements, document process improvements, and perform hands-on testing and validation. The candidate should also be comfortable leveraging AI-assisted documentation and testing tools to streamline workflows and improve quality.
