Key Responsibilities
Lead Quality Assurance Efforts: Drive the quality strategy, meticulous test plan development, and comprehensive test execution for significant new features and enhancements for client-facing applications.
Test Automation Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient automated test frameworks and scripts for both front-end and back-end components.
End-to-End Test Implementation: Implement and uphold robust testing strategies, including writing and executing high-quality end-to-end tests utilizing Playwright to ensure application reliability and performance.
API and Database Testing: Conduct thorough testing of RESTful APIs and backend services, including data validation and integrity checks across Postgres and MongoDB databases.
Defect Management: Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and re-verification.
Problem Solving & Optimization: Identify and resolve complex quality issues, debug system failures, and optimize testing processes for efficiency and coverage.

Profound proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks. Expert-level command in writing and executing end-to-end tests using Playwright. Extensive experience with API testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Postman, Swagger). Solid understanding of relational databases (Postgres) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB) for data validation and backend testing. Experience with AI/ Generative coding tools (e.g., Windsurf, ZED) Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly AWS, and an understanding of how applications are deployed and tested within cloud infrastructure. Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and test case design techniques. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
