Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role based in the United Arab Emirates for a Tech-Sales AI Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales) position. The role includes demonstrating AI solutions to clients, conducting technical pre-sales consultations, and identifying customer needs to provide tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities involve working alongside sales teams to craft proposals, troubleshooting technical inquiries, and facilitating seamless integration of our AI solutions for Arabic-specific business applications. Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for resolving customer issues Familiarity with System Administration and Software Development Knowledge of Databases and their management Excellent communication and client-facing skills Understanding of AI-based technologies and their applications Experience in pre-sales or technical sales engineering roles is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Show more Show less
