Role & seniority: Test Technician, mid-level (3+ years experience)
Stack/tools: Digital and RF electronics; test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, frequency counter, power meter); assembly drawings and schematics; MS Office; calibration and maintenance of test stations
Perform diversified test operations and troubleshoot electronic assemblies to component level
Diagnose test failures, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely production shipments
Calibrate and maintain test equipment, ensure calibration status, and provide status updates for production/return tracking
HS Diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 years of test technician experience
Working knowledge of digital and RF electronics; ability to read schematics and assembly drawings
Proficiency with general test equipment; finger dexterity; ability to work with small parts

Builds, tests, troubleshoots, and performs services and repairs on assemblies, sub-assemblies or systems.
Perform diversified test operations and troubleshoot electronic assemblies to component level Work effectively with the assembly team to ensure timely shipments Diagnose test failures and coordinate corrective actions Calibrate electronic test equipment and test stations Ensure all test equipment utilized is in working order and in calibration at all times Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machines and equipment Manage time to meet new production, return schedules and budget Provide accurate and timely status updates to new production and return tracking documents Must be at assigned worksite during assigned hours 100% of time; less PTO, FML/STD/LTD

HS Diploma or equivalent preferred A minimum of 3 years of test technician experience Advanced experience with MS Office Working knowledge of digital and RF electronics Successful completion of electronic technician training, AS degree in Electronic Technology, or equivalent, preferred
Production environment Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time Ability to perform repetitive motion (use of arm-hand steadiness, finger dexterity, manual dexterity for small parts assembly, frequent use) Ability to lift up to 30 pounds 20/20 vision and color vision with or without corrective lenses
