Salary: 11 pa
Role & seniority: Registered Nurse (RN), mid-level role in Pre-admission Testing; hospital-based patient care support.
Stack/tools: On-site hospital systems; chart preparation and scheduling; phone/guest reception; basic data entry; medical terminology knowledge; standard hospital forms; Microsoft/PC use; American Heart Association BLS (to be acquired within 60 days).
Perform delegated nursing functions under RN supervision using established protocols.
Answer phones, record messages, greet patients/visitors; prepare charts and schedule appointments.
Clean/disinfect patient care items/equipment and document patient care on appropriate forms within required timeframes; report observations to nurse/provider.
Active RN license and degree from an accredited program; completion of RN degree.
2 years’ experience in a medical office setting; knowledge of medical terminology.
Proficiency with PCs/data entry and clear communication.
Experience in pre-admission testing or hospital intake workflows.
Familiarity with hospital forms and scheduling systems.
Additional certifications or experience that support patient care and clerical coordination.
Location & work type: On-site role in Marysville, OH area (relatively close to Dublin, Hillard, Delaware, Powell); hospital/community setting.
