This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in Reston, VA, with a leading U.S.-based technology firm specializing in biometric recognition, immigration processing, and intelligent information management systems. The organization delivers advanced software solutions and analytics that support global border security and government operations, providing end-to-end system design, implementation, and support services.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll work across every phase of the software lifecycle-partnering with developers, product teams, and leadership to ensure high-quality product delivery. Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in software quality assurance across the full software development lifecycle

Strong understanding of QA tools, methodologies, and best practices

Hands-on experience testing web, desktop, and API applications

Proven success working within an Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment

Ability to develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French language proficiency is a plus)

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and located in the Reston, VA area

Desired Skills & Experience

Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Team Foundation Services, Visual Studio Team Services, or Redmine

Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, NUnit, Ranorex, SonarQube, HP Quality Center)

Programming or scripting experience in Java or C#

Exposure to cloud-based QA environments (Azure, AWS)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; QA certifications preferred
