We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer with experience in complex web environments to join an international team building and maintaining an e-commerce platform for airlines. You’ll design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of digital products such as booking engines, payment systems, and airline management tools.
Within the company, Selenium Framework is used as the main tool for test automation, and each development squad has its own sub-team dedicated to automation as part of the delivery process.
🔹Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. Create and execute end-to-end tests across e-commerce platforms, covering booking flows, payments, user management, and back-office tools. Automate API testing for key business flows and integrations. Ensure test coverage for new features and continuous releases. Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and DevOps engineers to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. Report, track, and document issues using tools such as Jira, ensuring traceability and resolution. Actively contribute to improving QA processes and product quality within agile delivery teams.
🔹Requirements Proven experience (2–3+ years) in QA Automation. Strong knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks. Hands-on experience with API automation (Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools). Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). Basic understanding of SQL databases and debugging. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). Upper-intermediate English level (written and spoken).
🔹Nice to Have Previous experience in e-commerce, travel, or airline projects. Knowledge of BDD tools (Cucumber, Gherkin).
