Job Description
We are looking for a Staff QA Engineer to lead and drive quality assurance across web and mobile products. The ideal candidate is strong in automation, experienced in full-stack testing, and capable of guiding teams and shaping QA strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, and Appium. Lead end-to-end testing for UI, API, and backend services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure full test coverage. Mentor QA team members and drive best practices. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing. Use basic SQL for data validation.
Required Skills
8+ years of QA experience with strong automation background. Expertise in Python, Selenium, Appium, and web/mobile automation. Experience with UI, API, backend, and end-to-end testing. Ability to lead QA efforts and gather requirements effectively.
