Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance automation frameworks using TestComplete for Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications Create robust, reusable test scripts using JavaScript, VBScript, or Python Collaborate with developers to align automation coverage with application logic Execute functional, regression, and integration automation testing Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) Use cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, LambdaTest) for cross-browser and device validation Apply shift-left testing to identify defects early in the SDLC Maintain automation documentation and report test results Partner with QA and DevOps to ensure reliable, high-quality releases
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in test automation 3+ years of hands-on experience with TestComplete Proficiency in JavaScript, VBScript, or Python Experience designing data-driven and keyword-driven frameworks Solid understanding of CI/CD integration and automation pipelines Exposure to API testing tools such as ReadyAPI or Postman Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
Experience with BDD tools (Cucumber, Behave) Familiarity with Git or Bitbucket Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
