AI Developer with Testing

Location: Alpharetta, GA (3 days onsite minimum)

Duration: 6 months (Contract to hire)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled AI Developer with a Testing Background to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends software development and quality assurance, focusing on building and validating AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java, Selenium, API testing, mobile testing, and a solid understanding of AI technologies. You ll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of intelligent systems across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

AI Development & Integration

Design, develop, and integrate AI models into enterprise applications. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to operationalize machine learning workflows.

Test Automation & Validation

Build and maintain automated test suites using Java and Selenium. Develop robust API test frameworks and conduct end-to-end testing of RESTful services. Perform mobile testing across Android and iOS platforms using appropriate tools and emulators.

Quality Assurance for AI Systems

Validate AI model outputs for accuracy, fairness, and consistency. Implement test strategies for ML pipelines, including data validation and model performance checks. Identify edge cases and failure modes in intelligent systems.

Collaboration & Documentation

Work closely with cross-functional teams to define testable requirements and acceptance criteria. Document test plans, results, and defect reports with clarity and precision.

Required Qualifications

10 years of experience in software testing and development. Strong proficiency in Java, Selenium, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured). Experience in mobile testing using Appium or similar frameworks. Exposure to AI/ML concepts, model validation, and data pipelines. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow). Knowledge of AI testing frameworks and synthetic data generation. Understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation strategies. Certifications in testing (ISTQB, Selenium) or AI/ML.
