Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester to join our team for a remote position in the US. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance testing using JMeter and LoadRunner, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner. Analyze test results and provide detailed performance reports and bottleneck analysis. Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to identify performance goals and KPIs. Tune application and infrastructure configurations to optimize performance. Participate in performance test planning, scripting, execution, and defect triage meetings. Recommend solutions for performance improvements and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing. Strong expertise in JMeter and LoadRunner tools. Experience with end-to-end performance testing lifecycle. Knowledge of APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) is a plus. Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Eligibility

Must be willing to work on our W2 (No C2C or 1099).
