We’re now seeking a Senior Test Analyst to join one of our key clients in Sydney. This is an opportunity to work within a high-performing Digital and CRM testing environment, contributing to innovative web and mobile solutions used by millions of customers.
The Opportunity As a Senior Test Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of digital platforms, APIs, and backend systems. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to plan, design, and execute comprehensive test scenarios across web and mobile applications. You’ll be hands-on in both API and SQL testing, with exposure to content management systems (AEM or similar) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed test cases and scripts across API, database, and UI layers. Validate data integrity and backend logic through strong SQL testing skills. Test digital experiences built on AEM or other content management systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments. Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution. Support integration and regression testing across multiple digital systems.
Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in software testing within digital and enterprise environments. Strong hands-on experience with API and SQL testing. Proven experience testing digital platforms built on AEM or other CMS solutions. Experience with CRM systems — ideally Salesforce. Understanding of Agile testing principles and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Postman. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
