About The Job
We are seeking an experienced SDET to lead automation initiatives, build scalable frameworks, and ensure product quality across diverse platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and drive continuous delivery through robust testing strategies.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain automation frameworks with Playwright, Selenium, Appium, and Cypress Develop test scripts in Java, JavaScript, and C# Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Conduct performance testing and support infrastructure needs Define test strategies and ensure comprehensive coverage Analyze results, identify root causes, and resolve issues Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership Report progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders Support manual testing and define requirements for test cases
Required Qualifications
8+ years in test automation and quality engineering Expertise with Playwright (TypeScript), Selenium (Java), and integration testing Proven leadership and mentorship experience Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and C# Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline integration Skilled in manual and API testing Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Background in life insurance, finance, or related industries Familiarity with AWS and cloud-native tools Experience with Browserstack or similar services Ability to mentor within a POD structure Exposure to low-code solutions such as TOSCA and MABL
