Position: QA Tester Lead Location: Washington, DC Hybrid (2 Days Onsite, Tuesday Mandatory) Rate: $60/hr W2 (Max $65/hr) No additional benefits

This role involves developing test plans, guiding QA teams, ensuring application performance, and participating in demos and stakeholder communication.
Strong communication, customer relationship management, and the ability to lead within an MS-based environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement QA measures and testing standards for software applications and enhancements. Create, execute, and maintain test plans and scripts to ensure optimal application performance. Lead sprint reviews and demos to stakeholders; communicate QA results clearly to all parties. Enforce and monitor adherence to quality standards and testing protocols. Review user stories and UI/UX specs to develop thorough testing requirements. Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve issues, bugs, and configuration problems. Prepare detailed reports, recommendations, and risk assessments during all development phases. Mentor and guide junior QA team members. Participate in defining and maintaining automated test scripts and load testing. Explore opportunities to enhance QA processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in a Lead QA role. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, standards, and best practices. Proven experience in test planning, script writing, bug tracking, and regression testing. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with JIRA for issue tracking. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce testing or QA in CRM solutions. AMS or CMS (Sitecore/Sitefinity) experience. Automated testing experience using Selenium, Testim, or similar tools. Familiarity with responsive design and mobile interface testing. Healthcare or Association Management Systems background is a plus
