Automation Tester

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Tester (7+ Years of Experience) to join our on-site team in Plano, TX.
This is a hands-on technical role, focused on building robust, scalable, and efficient automated testing frameworks for enterprise-grade systems.
(Note: Internship experience will not be considered)
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications. Utilize Python scripting for automation development and test execution. Evaluate and integrate advanced automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, and Test Complete. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to define, prioritize, and execute test cases. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with teams for timely resolution. Participate in code reviews and continuously improve automation best practices. Maintain detailed test documentation including test plans, test cases, and reports. Stay current with emerging trends in AI-driven testing, automation tools, and methodologies.
Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in Automation Testing (No internship experience considered) Hands-on expertise with Selenium and Playwright Strong proficiency in Python scripting Solid understanding of web, mobile, and API test automation frameworks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
