Job Description

"The department Quality Standards & Industrialization is responsible to deploy key preventive quality standards and processes to ensure a right-first time approach when implementing new products or new industrial projects, as well as when updating the existing manufacturing build process.

Your will be responsible to deliver and maintain some of these preventive quality standards deployment activities.

The key mission for this position

Implement innovative solutions that will improve the way we do business, improve quality and customer satisfaction, and reduce costs

Manage quality projects to meet specific requirements and customer satisfaction.

Support projects by facilitating adequate communication with all stakeholders.

Be an agent of change to promote quality culture throughout the company.

Being able to investigate and identify risks

Be a leader of opportunities for continuous improvement and problem solving

Ensure that all documentation related to the certification of the airplane is in compliance

Make changes or improvements to the departments involved to ensure compliance of the aircraft

Define and implement plans (audit, project ...)

Be able to work under pressure and engage your team to meet strict deadlines;

Ensure continuous improvement, notably with the application of the problem resolution process;

Identify, document and standardize key processes leading to the achievement of objectives;

Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the organization;
