Perform tests across multiple domains: Regression and New Service in Lab & Production environments. Validate new services or regressed releases and document results. Utilize automation infrastructure to edit, tweak, and create new test cases. Collaborate with Automation team to enhance reliability and improve issue identification. Work with lab support to increase lab stability through automation solutions. Write detailed requirements and validation steps for new automated test cases.
