Key Qualifications: 5+years of Experience with WLAN protocols (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be) Expertise in security protocols (WPA2, WPA3, 802.1X) Familiarity with Wi-Fi extenders, mesh, and steering protocols (802.11k, 802.11v, 802.11r) Strong collaboration with Product and Development teams to define technical requirements Ability to characterize Wi-Fi behavior in new products and resolve engineering challenges Communication with tool development teams to optimize automation for new test features Review and validate design specifications, emphasizing product architecture, testability, and verification Assist in developing Quality Assurance strategies and methodologies for product testing Familiarity with advanced Wi-Fi test automation frameworks and industry standards (IEEE, WFA, WBA, IETF) Proactively identify and resolve product defects, driving issues to resolution
