We’re seeking a Senior Robotics Test Engineer to contribute to hardware-based data collection and validation workflows, with a focus on real-world sensor data, robotic platforms, and hardware-in-the-loop testing. This role involves hands-on work with sensors and robotic systems, supporting simulation alignment and ensuring high-quality datasets for AI model development. Responsibilities Validation & Test Execution: Design and run test cases using ToF, Tactile, RGB-D, and IMU sensors; define validation metrics to ensure simulation assets meet deployment standards. Hands-on experience with robotic sensors such as Tactile, ToF, RGB-D, LiDAR, and IMU including setup and data characterization. Experience executing structured data collection campaigns in physical environments. Familiarity with safety-critical systems or controlled testing environments. Bonus Experience Experience with fixed-arm robotics systems, humanoid systems and motion capture or pose estimation tools. Familiarity with ROS or ROS2, especially for integrating real-time data capture or managing sensor drivers. Exposure to simulation environments (e.g., Isaac Sim, Gazebo) to support hybrid testing or validation.
