Create/maintain test programs, convert ATPG patterns, integrate with test equipment, debug/validate on ATE, release test packages to volume production; drive test cost reduction and platform transfers
5+ years in production test solutions for mixed-signal ICs/modules
Strong analog/digital, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity knowledge
PCB design experience (schematic capture, Cadence Allegro)
