About The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Administrator to support our Quality Assurance & Improvement team. You will play a key role in managing controlled documents, supporting governance processes, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. The role is hybrid, with the expectation of attending our Canterbury office once or twice per week dependant on the hiring managers needs.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and publish controlled documents in line with Psicon’s branding and formatting standards Proofread and format documents including policies, procedures, and SOPs Manage document metadata registers and ensure version control Monitor review dates and support document owners with updates Archive obsolete documents and maintain accurate records Support audit delivery and compile reports for the QA team Organise meetings, take minutes, and respond to queries from the quality inbox Provide guidance on document templates and naming conventions Contribute to continual improvement of document control processes
