About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sr QA Automation Engineer – Selenium to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the quality and performance of our web applications by designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Java Selenium.
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical proficiency, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering in Agile and DevOps environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts using Java Selenium. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and deployment. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing of web applications. Identify, log, and track software defects, and work with teams to resolve issues efficiently. Analyze test results, report defects, and provide insights for product quality improvements. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation. Proven expertise in Selenium Automation. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#. Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, Jest, Mocha, or PyTest. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Show more Show less
