Primary Skills
Functional automation using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Python API automation with Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman Performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner
Version control and build tools: Git, Bitbucket, Gradle, Maven
Test management and collaboration tools: JIRA, qTest, Confluence Deep understanding of digital banking systems, contact center operations, and backend banking workflows
Secondary Skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with UAT best practices and test data management Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and stakeholder management
