Job Description

• This role is open to U.S. Citizens only (local candidates required).
• Here at HCL, we are seeking skilled mechanics with advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
• Good technical knowledge, background of OEM and electrical engg bachelors, good communication skills.
• Has validation engineer experience working with ADAS modules, Infotainment modules, programming/updating modules, diagnosing flash/update issues, and CAN communication diagnostics mostly in a bench testing setting.
• As a pre-assessment agent Level 3 Automotive Software Product Support, you will be responsible to provide direct support to Client dealerships for diagnostic software and hardware issues related to specific vehicle modules and systems

Performs maintenance, repairs, and diagnostic tests on vehicles inspection: Examining the vehicle's mechanical components and engine through software. Identifying problems with the vehicle Diagnose vehicle electronic system issues using CAN-based communication analysis tools like Canalizer. Proficient with CAN tools (e.g., Canalizer, Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, or similar). You will document and maintain contact records, solutions and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
