We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester with strong hands-on expertise in LoadRunner and JMeter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts, analyzing system behavior under load, and providing actionable recommendations to improve application performance and scalability.
Develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter
Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing
Monitor system performance using APM tools and analyze test results
Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development/DevOps teams to resolve issues
Prepare detailed performance test reports and metrics
8+ years of experience in performance testing
Strong proficiency in LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis) and Apache JMeter
Good understanding of HTTP/S, web services, APIs, and backend systems
Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, etc.)
Strong analytical, scripting, and troubleshooting skills
