DTCC Candidate Experience Site • Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Role & seniority: Enterprise Test Engineer (ET E); mid-level with at least 4 years of related experience.
Stack/tools: Python-based test automation; Pytest/unittest; automated test scripts; traceability from requirements to tests; Bitbucket; Agile/SDLC knowledge.
Prepare, maintain, and execute test cases and automated scripts; track defects to closure.
Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions; improve automation frameworks for reliability and scalability.
Ensure traceability from business requirements through tests; coordinate with Dev and stakeholders; participate in sprint activities.
4+ years of related testing experience; Bachelor’s preferred or equivalent.
Proficiency in Python testing libraries (e.g., Pytest, unittest) and automated test script creation.
Strong SDLC/Agile understanding; debugging and root-cause analysis; experience with Bitbucket.
Effective communication and cross-team collaboration.
Experience with non-functional testing (performance, capacity, resiliency), environment/infra testing.
Test architecture/enablement, reusable framework design, and code reviews.
Additional automation/tools experience beyond Python (e.g., other test frameworks, CI/CD integration).
Location & work type: Flexible/hybrid model; 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tue/Wed plus a third day per team/employee).
