We are looking for a Junior QA Manual Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring high-quality software products. You will be responsible for testing applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring that our products meet user expectations and company standards before release.
Key Responsibilities Review and analyze system specifications and requirements. Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications. Identify, document, and track bugs or issues using tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Perform regression testing, functional testing, and UI/UX validation. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure quality at every stage of development. Participate in test planning, test case design, and test data preparation. Validate bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved prior to product releases. Provide feedback to improve usability and performance. Maintain detailed records of test results and report testing progress to QA leads.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in manual software testing (freshers with testing internship experience are welcome). Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC). Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Redmine). Knowledge of test case creation, test execution, and defect reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.
