Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with 1-2 years of expertise in test automation and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated testing strategies to ensure the highest quality standards for our web applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning

Design and implement comprehensive test automation strategies
Develop detailed test cases, test plans, and testing documentation
Conduct sanity and smoke testing for rapid validation of critical functionalities
Create and maintain automation frameworks from scratch

Test Automation Development

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium
Implement end-to-end testing for web applications
Create performance and load testing scripts using JMeter
Build API automation tests and integration test suites

Quality Assurance Processes

Establish and enforce QA best practices across development teams
Conduct regression testing for each release cycle
Perform cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing
Implement continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines

Performance & Load Testing

Design and execute performance tests using JMeter
Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest optimizations
Monitor application performance under various load conditions
Generate performance test reports and analysis

Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with development teams to ensure testability of features
Mentor junior QA team members
Participate in agile ceremonies and provide quality insights
Collaborate with product managers to understand requirements

Technical Requirements
