Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end testing activities for assigned projects.
Define test strategies, test plans, and quality metrics.
Perform functional, system, and regression testing.
Coordinate with development and business teams for defect triage.
Interpret and compile

Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and governance.
Support automation strategy and implementation where applicable.
Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and assessment of applications.
Required Skills
3+ years as a Test Lead and 10+ years overall experience in QA/testing.
Strong understanding of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
Experience in Banking/Financial domain.
Hands-on Experience With
Client ALM / Quality Center
JIRA, Confluence
Git or Bitbucket, Maven
Postman, SoapUI or similar API testing tools
Good understanding of automated testing frameworks and QA best practices.
Ability to define goals and measurement plans aligned with business objectives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
