About the Role

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our rapidly growing telemedicine platform and help maintain the highest standards of product quality across our digital healthcare solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks that support both web and mobile applications. You will play a key part in driving our automation strategy, integrating tests within our CI/CD pipeline, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases.

This is a hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and strategic thinking. You’ll work alongside developers, product managers, and DevOps to identify quality risks early, resolve issues efficiently, and continuously improve our QA processes. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust test automation frameworks Write, execute, and maintain automated tests for web, mobile, and API applications Collaborate with developers and product managers to create comprehensive test plans Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and fast releases Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system reliability Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve them Generate reports on test coverage, automation progress, and product quality metrics Continuously improve QA tools, methodologies, and documentation processes

Must Haves

5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as PHP, JavaScript, or C# Hands-on experience with tools like Playwright (preferred), Robot, Selenium, or Postman Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner Understanding of RESTful APIs and ability to write automated API tests
