Job Title: Sr. Test Analyst

Job Summary: As a Sr. Test Analyst you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing your expertise in BDD RestAssured and Cucumber. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our e-commerce operations and supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Should have Retail POS and Oracle xstore POS expertise Experience in working with integration testing through Rest API Experience in working with RestAssured plus Cucmber BDD Experience in working with Mobile automation using Appium for working Mobile POS application Experience in Azure DevOps Drive multi market rollouts along with customer and exhibit strong leadership qualities. Good understanding of Retail transactions including sales returns promotions loyalty programs and payment integrations. Lead and manage testing team Develop and maintain test strategies plans and schedules. Oversee creation and execution of test cases and scenarios. Test Data Management Define and implement test data strategy for various testing phases inc Testing using physical devices Test Environment Management Coordinate with infrastructure and environment teams to ensure availability and stability of test environments for different test phases. Coordinate with cross functional teams including business analysts developers and QA engineers. Ensure proper defect tracking triaging and resolution. Conduct reviews of test deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards. Provide status updates and metrics to senior stakeholders and project managers. Support User Acceptance Testing UAT Co-ordinate Master data load testing Database testing Design comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality of software products in alignment with business requirements.
• Execute manual and automated tests using tools like RestAssured Cucumber and other testing frameworks to validate web services and business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product content and information management requirements and ensure they are met through rigorous testing.
• Utilize your expertise in e-commerce operations to identify potential issues and ensure seamless user experiences across platforms.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports using test metrics and reporting tools to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Manage and track defects using tools like SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Conduct end-to-end business process assurance testing to validate the integration and functionality of various systems.
• Apply basic programming skills to develop and maintain automated test scripts enhancing testing efficiency and coverage.
• Ensure that testing activities align with sales and marketing objectives contributing to the overall success of consumer goods supply chain operations.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on testing outcomes and industry best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and frameworks to continuously enhance testing methodologies and practices.
• Work in a hybrid model collaborating with team members both remotely and on-site as needed to achieve project goals.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with company standards and contribute to the overall mission of delivering high-quality software solutions. -Qualifications
• Possess a strong understanding of BDD RestAssured and Cucumber for effective test automation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in web services testing and manual E2E business process assurance.
• Have experience with test metrics and reporting tools for comprehensive test analysis.
• Be skilled in using SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira for defect management and tracking.
• Exhibit knowledge in product content and information management within e-commerce operations.
• Understand sales and marketing dynamics in the context of supply chain for consumer goods.
• Have basic programming skills to support test automation and script development.
