Position Overview
We're seeking a passionate Software Engineer in Test to join our mission-critical team developing software that ensures the safety, compliance, and efficiency of nuclear operations. Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Framework Development
Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks for Nuclear OS applications Develop testing strategies for safety-critical nuclear software systems Create and maintain QA/QC data validation systems, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance documentation Build automated testing pipelines that integrate with our continuous deployment processesDevelop advanced analytics and AI capabilities Implement foundational architecture that combines Palantir's powerful data integration and modeling capabilities with quality objectives
Nuclear-Specific Testing
Validate QA records with attributes like date, result (pass/fail), inspector credentials, and linkage to ITAAC requirements Test software systems that manage nuclear component tracking, system testing, and regulatory compliance Implement data quality checks and validation routines to catch inconsistencies in critical nuclear data Ensure software meets stringent nuclear industry standards and regulatory requirements
Advanced Testing & Analytics

Estimated Starting Salary Range
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $150000 - $200000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
