🚀 Job Opening: Quality Assurance (QA) Officer

Are you an expert in bug detection and passionate about delivering digital products with the highest quality standards? We are looking for a highly detailed QA Officer to join our technical team.

About The Role

You will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying software defects, and ensuring that all our products meet established quality standards. This role requires close collaboration with Development and Product Management teams to verify performance across web, mobile, and API platforms, contributing to continuous improvement throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

What You'll Do

Execute test cases and conduct continuous quality checks. Accurately document and report defects and issues using tracking systems (e.g., JIRA). Conduct Regression Testing and retest resolved defects. Assist in creating and refining test plans and test cases.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance (QA).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Core Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Manual Testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with defect management systems like JIRA.
• Exposure to basic API testing using tools like Postman.
• Ability to write simple SQL queries for data integrity checks.
• Familiarity with test management tools like TestRail is a plus.
